The cold on the store side of the dryers would be greatly reduced if you insulated the complete curtain wall above the dryers, not just the little bit that you did. Cold will transfer thru sheet rock quite easily.

Electronic chips have different working temperatures. Automotive chips have to work to -40 C, but consumer electronic chips only have to work to 0 C. The dryers wlll give off heat, but when they are not used at night, you may have issues in the morning with the chips being too cold.

My local laundromat does 50% off every Wednesday. I go there on those days to wash my bedding and other larger stuff that I can’t put on my own washer. And it’s always packed!

@@investfourmore they do have 1 lady who goes around and cleans but they also have a card system and no quarters on both dryers and washers. I hope u can figure out what will boosts your laundromat. Thanks for the videos! Loving this series ❤️

If you are going to have to pay a percentage on an ATM that vends quarters, wouldn't it be better to get something like washconnect so you don't have to deal with moving those quarters around? You can install washconnect and take quarters simultaneously.

I am not selling this one. I am selling the other one. It is tough with a business because you do not use cap rates but 3 or 4 times income usually.

If you do get a change machine that can take credit cards. Make sure you get one with a camera that is built into the change machine facing outward. Much like an ATM has and then have another camera or two that faces the change machines watching their activity for when you inevitably get that scenario where somebody who used your change machine to get quarters is saying that it was not them and that it was a fraudulent purchase at your laundromat with their credit or debit card. So that way if it really was a fraudulent purchase, you have the video evidence to show the person's face and the person actually running the card and trying to get the money out that you could hand over to the bank so that way they could either decide. Yes we're going to reverse the charge or no. It was actually our client. You get to keep the money cuz if they can get the person's face on camera and stuff like that and have that video evidence it could help you recuperate the money in the end as well would be a lengthy process but would be worth it and definitely would recommend having a camera built into the machine that faces out watching the person do the transaction, preferably a camera that is a hidden camera in the machine and not really that noticeable so that way they would not think to cover it with their hand or some other object.
