I had a duplex that I rented out for about four years. After dealing with tenants who didn’t pay, burned the carpet, stole ceiling fans, put holes in the drywall, tore the garage door opener off of the ceiling, and the list goes on and on and on… I sold the duplex. Best decision I ever made!

Finally after waiting two months to start the house with the good fast crew in it. Yes the bathroom to kitchen a complete overhaul. The basement lights have to go out with the ugly ones. Once you get to the finish line it going to be a great house for a family.

Ahh Greeley!!! Seriously the city has nothing better to do. We got a notice for not shoveling our sidewalk on a 50 degree day! Said they would hire someone to do it for us and put a lien on our property if we didnt pay the bill. The snow was almost completely melted by the time i got home that night. So stupid.

I am on subsidized housing and I have never missed my rent payment or utility payment. ever. never an eviction either, Im in/from California, and housing authority pays about 100 and I pay 2800 for my rent. ridiculous prices for not even great housing.
