Glad to see the transformation wasn't too bad, just wish they'd focus less on gimmicks like the engine and seats. Side note, Metagate Shatter looked like she had a rough night in the scale comparisons (lol) and your audio is a little low during floor time. Past that, glad you like this, paid my pre-order despite saying I'd wait on these (I have issues.....). This guy looks like how I remember those two knuckleheads from the cartoon. Looking forward to having both in my collection. Great review

@@DeluxeBaldwin I couldn’t get the waist to sit right. Took me a bit to figure that out for some reason. Kept ending up with a space. Not the best figure but not the worst. I enjoyed transforming Big Load more. Fury and the rest of Devistator then no more X Transbots for me. Being scared to break something the whole time you transforming a figure takes the fun out of it for me.

Yeah you gotta push it down in that lil space on the waist. It took me a min to figure out why the space was there. I had a good time with him but thsts just me.

Xtransbots almost always seems to struggle with the feet on their figures. The feet on this one kind of reminds me of the newer MP Bumblebee, standing on a couple of loosely folded panels 😂. That being said, I’m anxiously waiting on mine from BBTS 👍🏻👍🏻

Ah man, that does looks like a firebird. And they have seats, I always love seats in transformers. I feel like the transformation was 43% legs. Finally a figure from X-transbot that gets a positive review, took them long enough. Great work Deluxe!

You say the transformation was not difficult, but it looked very complex to me. I always get worried about those tiny pieces of plastic on small hinges in the legs. I feel like if I bend them in slightly the wrong direction, it will break. This goes for their recent car bots, Punch/Counterpunch, Overdrive, Runamuck & Runabout.

Well its a mp scaled bot and it's Xtransbots. So it's gonna be complex but this one wasn't bad at all imo but that's just me. Lot better than the last couple releases from them. But thanks for watching this 😀 🙌 🙏

Not really interested in this just because the bot mode looks so blocky and boring but then again the G1 toy was pretty half-assed so for a company to do this well in turning trash into treasure I think it's still commendable. I do think it's missing the orange accents, and that would have helped it astetically. Still, it's a fringe character, and I doubt anyone else will do it for MP anytime soon or at all. I am glad to see XTB finally getting it's act together and delivering a quality offering, although their thin and spindly parts still scare me for long term reliability.

Hmm. Overall great figure. BUT! 2 caviats of big concern. The chromed wheel rims on bottom of the feet. FT did the same on their Motormaster in bot mode. But the nylon parts... hmmm. PLEASE keep us updated on the white unpainted nylon parts! Let us know if they start to yellow like recent hasbro nylon parts have!

Nice review! I’ve only had one experience with XTB, and it was bad. I haven’t bought anything from them since. That being said, this does look like a solid figure. Tire-bulge issue aside, this guy looks spot on in both modes. If they put out enough good figures in a row, I might give them another chance…

Not a good transformation. Too similar to their other attempts at making a G1 masterpiece though not egregious as their other releases. Typical QC issues as usual. Only thing I like is the colour. I'll wait and see about these two releases.
