Crash has now been added to Modern Warfare but not exactly how it used to be. Today I wanted to show off all of the changes that were made as well as various lines of sight and jump spots and my opinion on this new version of this classic map. What are your thoughts on the new Crash?

I get how some people like these maps as they allow for all types of random shit to happen, but my god, the whole selection of maps besides shoot house (with some exceptions) are absolute clusterfucks with clutter and shit every where. We need more maps with less clutter like dome, hardhat, firing range, fringe, etc. (I’m aware those examples aren’t all IW maps, they’re just examples of maps that are not as cluttered yet really fun for a reason.

It's a common occurrence in Headquarters to spawn in the lines of sight of or even behind enemies. I'm definitely giving the shoothouse playlist a try instead. Crash is a lot less enjoyable than it used to be.

The B flag on Domination is much harder to flank now. On the old crash, I would usually flank through the long alleyway, but they opened up a barber shop which adds even more angles to get shot from. The spawns are a mess on Headquarters too.

I wish you could have make custom map playlists in this game, where you could choose which maps you do and don't want to play. I'd restrict mine to Shoothouse, Gun Runner, Hackney Yard, and maybe Rammaza. The rest of the maps are either mediocre, bad, or Piccadilly.

This reads fancy, but basically it is aim assist with extra steps. Being realistic I could see an actual use case for this in 'casual' games for people with disabilities. Obviously this has no place in anything remotely competitive and while the patent reads pretty straight forward there would be a tonne of variables that need to go into making a system like this effective. Hitboxes are an area most network developers struggle with today, let alone adding in such a complicated system on top of that. Is the proposed system fucked? Yea (outside of specific circumstances). Is it practical? Very unlikely

I realize u play alot and the twitchy movement is helpful for that but when showing map locations and LOS the constant left to right movement and aiming make it harder for me to see what your trying to point out and is hard on the eyes. Apart from the metal sheet cover that was reduced/removed, the map is excellent and better and yeah there are too many doors, some spots must not have doors, but the climbing mechanics of CoD MW 2019 make this map so much better by default.

Now, with the loud footsteps, and doors every 5 feet, and wide open lines where the whole team can see a person move, they are purposely making it harder to flank. Maybe they think the bummy people who sit still will move over time but I don't believe any camper will become a runner on his own. I didn't hate campers back then like I do now because the whole community camps now if they admit to it or not.

I think the changes to the top part of the tower with removing the ability to go fully around it is to make it easier to sweep the roof as well as get a grenade onto a camper. The camper can't roll around the corner to escape the grenade, and can't sneak along the back area to get behind someone coming up the stairs, while someone coming up the stairs can still shoot through into that back area if they want. They also made that top area a little more useful with the tree so both teams would want it and to encourage people to go up there despite making it more risky.

5:34 yes, there was. Helicopter had a propeller in the back that you can walk on to a) get a line of sight on anyone rushing A bomb b) hop onto the wall and proceed to the other side. Bummed that it was removed because you cannot challenge defenders/protect carrier other than nades/stuns/gas (before they enter the building that is).

The B flag is a complete death trap with the head glitches they added. If my team and I don't get B in the beginning, I usually just ignore it and focus on A and C instead. It's not worth the frustration.

I don't think you mentioned it, but I noticed they changed the sight line from the second story window in the building across from the garage. It used to be you could put you back to the wall and through the slit of the window next to you, you could watch the entire second story. now its much more reduced, plus the graininess of the fence up there makes it real hard to see people up there from a distance.

@@Buglin_Burger7878 Yeah I think ppl are just extending their hate to this map finally. The changes on this map dont affect it as radically as ppl think. 95% of the map is the exact same. Doors are just to incorporate the new tactical part of MW into the game, but they dont really affect the general routes and are mostly cosmetic.

They're making changes on paper only without proper testing of their final results. They think the changes they're making are great changes and to them it might seem like great changes in paper, but in reality when the real consumers play with these changes, it's absolute ass. Which is really frustrating especially with Joe CeeCocks recent arrogant tweets which are disgusting. Really shows that they don't give a flying fuck about their real consumers and are just money hungry for attracting new fan base players ( which in reality they will not last long, it's the true hardcore fan based they need to keep attracting)

Joe CeeCock's recent aggroant tweet states, they are "constantly updating the game at least once a weak" which is true, but its only true because they are fixing bug issues that should not have been there since the game was released. It was a unfinished premature released game. These do not count as updates, because they are required to be fixed. Everyone should go dislike the Modern Warfare Season 1 official trailer on Call of Duty's channel. Maybe if we get enough dislikes they will end up firing the current devs/ people in charge of not listening to the community and actual re haul the game like they did w/ Sledgehammer WW2

The corner camp spot on the roof of the restaurant is for tac inserts or, more importantly, waiting with a riot shield for rooftop campers to return so you can stop the camping early.

on top of the tall building roof, u can no longer go around the stair exit box, thats actually good, coz as u said its a very powerful position up there, many ppl camp up there with clays on the staircase, u go to try and get them, he hears u triggered his clay and didnt die, he will hide behind it and run around that thing, and might still have a chance to get u. now if the same happens, u know he is up there, u go up the stairs and u dont see him, and u know he could have well heard u, guess where else could he be hiding then this time.

That first new cover challenge spot they added that you don’t like is just fine. If you are across that position, at the base of the tall building in the cover on the dumpster that gives you a vantage over the crash site, just tuck yourself back behind that wall to your left instead of exposing yourself like a gomer and you can easily manage anyone trying to go to that new cover spot and you can peak around when you want to take anyone in that bombed out building or the alleyway and crash site down. You can sit there and get lots of kills but I prefer getting the enemy used to me camping in that spot for a minute and then using the cover in between the two position to catch them by surprise while they still think I’m camping. Then you can get close on them and really rack up the kill streaks in that maze area below the auto shop.

Think about shoout house with three ways to access the other side of the map. This map originally has 2 to ways to access other spawn, if you spawn on the other side of the map you get three and one leads to the main building. I think they needed to add a third way for both teams to access the main building...
