I like this plant a lot. I still wanna make a fast burst damage deck that uses the fly trap as an end game sweeper. That 1 Grass energy makes it possible. You just risk getting energy blocked, and I hate that, but after years of getting mana screwed in Magic, I'm conditioned for it.

Unfortunately the correct play is to pull gardevoir and hit it for 60. That way opponent doesn’t have the option to not play the raltz. Stalls in the same way, while giving less outs to the opponent . Also because of the two retreat cost doesn’t get punished by single ex-speed. Edit:I’m dumb I forgot that it’s only basics.

First game is CRAZY, literally top ten anime plot twists This also reminds me of a game when I was against Meowth and was like "it hits for 10 next turn, nice we have time let me load up some energy on my active mon" and then all of a sudden Persian comes and kills my active mon. I lost because I forgot Persian exists lmaooo (and also because of lucky Aerodactyl flips, it was a great troll deck ngl).
