This was fun to watch! I've been running a Raichu/Magneton/Lt Surge deck to punish EX cards. I didn't know Victreebell had such a broken ability - definitely going to give it a try.

not even going to lie, I've seen this deck one time and have all three ribbons at gold... I have an Alakazam, Hypno Mewtwo Gardevoir deck (major stall all the time + deck out that I thought was godly)... it must have been you that wiped the floor with me 😂 killed my gastly , returned pokeflute two times and victreebelled me. Thank you for the learning lesson and opening my eyes to all strategies lol!!

Oh man that match sounds very familiar. I specifically remember facing that exact deck. I remember being imtimidated by the Hypno on the backline and remember pokefluting gastly to win the game. GG I guess haha

they should make a non ex vs mode. or different vs modes with different rule sets so that you dont have to play against top meta decks all the time. would make the game way better

I’ve found Pinsir to be much better in place of Kanagkhan Just as viable of a tank with only 10 less hp Potential to do way more damage Lower retreat cost Only real con is that pinsir needs 2 energy to attack, but since everything in this deck is low energy it doesn’t matter

@@VileXeno I was thinking about your Pinsir comment and remembered why I chose not to use other grass cards. It nerfs Caterpie too. I love using caterpie and having a 100% guarantee of pulling an evolution for Victreebel. If I need a piece to evolve quickly and end up pulling Pinsir instead that can ruin the tempo.

Oh it would be great, but I tried to not use Celebi at all in mydeck building for now since it’s severely overused. It’s way funnier to just win with Victreebel.
