It is called as building because 'ing' in English language is added to certain Verbs To make them Nouns The verb ‘built' is suffixed with ‘ing' to make it Noun i.e. building So there rise the question - As the building is Noun and when it is being build is it Verb?? Actually all your explanations were right except the Ultron one. Because even thanos was not capable of eliminating half population by himself but infinity stones did that.
