i love how they chose house 3, even though they love 1 and 2. I think the balcony was the piece de resistance, i could see they were still hesitating until they saw the balcony or the 3rd floor

If they like townhomes definitely 3. However, 70 million you can buy a lot & build your own house that you can design to your liking. These comes fully furnished so it comes with the price of the house. In my opinion since Aubrey has lots of plants she collects expensive plants they should buy a house & lot with huge gardens & huge family or living area for her indoor plants. But then again the 3rd townhouse is spacious enough to scatter her indoor plants. I mean they probably prefer to townhomes than houses otherwise they wouldn’t be looking at townhomes just saying. But definitely I love the #3 if they can afford it.

I love this townhouse!! On suite walk in closets spacious bathrooms in every room. Balconies & laundry area. This is definitely modern contemporary it has everything you need in a house.

I really enjoyed this series. Nakakatuwa yung dynamics ni Aubrey and Troy as a couple. They’re super fun to watch, especially Aubrey, I didn’t know super kalog pala nya. Parang ang sarap maging neighbor nya hehe. And of course once again Julia proves she’s the queen of house tours. No one can come close to Julia’s charm and wit. Just wondering though, all 3 properties that were shown to Aubrey and Troy are townhouses. Yan ba preference nila? I was kinda expecting that they’d show a house and lot for #3 which is the highest price point. For 70M you can already buy a nice house with a big lot in an exclusive subdivision. In case they haven’t decided, may I suggest a part two? This time house & lots naman hehe! Thanks, Presello! 😉

Troy is a good observer and his comments is not based on aestethics alone he sees the flow and calculate spaces for it's uses and from Aubreys point it maybe from a different perspective but overall their preferences meet in this house.

This is the Presello Perfect Match episode that I love! This couple is just so fascinating to watch. They are rich but they are damn relatable in many ways! Especially Aubrey who is very talkative and so fun to be with! Yung hindi ka maiilang sa kanila like if you become neighbors with them, parang ang dali nilang maging tropa. 😁❤️ More episodes like this please! I suggest Megan Young and Mikael Daez! They didn’t notice the balcony of Master Room that is the first thing you see going up to second floor. I just saw this unit they got the garden redone and put some grass in the balcony. Love the clean kitchen you can hang a TV on the wall near the island counter cool.

Hi. I love your show and am a fan. Few suggestions - please show more the outdoor space and the views. Second, on this particular video, the background music is way too loud. It makes it difficult to listen to the actual people speaking. Third, I love watching celebrities check out the places but at times get disappointed when they're not actually going to buy it.
