My favorite camp spot on my last trip was actually just a pullout on the side of the Richardson Highway between Gulkana and Paxton. The view was great, there wasn't actually much traffic, and I had great LTE cell service for the evening. And it was free.99!

Enjoyed again, Family, never been to Alaska, yes highway robbery, 2$to wash, 50 cents to dry , , free water from creek, laundry and bathing ❤❤❤

That campground reminded me of what we were seeing in Washington, lots of tall trees. Our girls used to love being able to play in those shallow creeks. We loved to build little rock dams.

The creek was a great part of the campground. The kids loved playing in it. We still need to get to Washington, it's on the to-do list.
