Living in Germany for the past 4 years, I am so jealous of you Brits. We can't modify our cars like you guys can. We gotta register everything we upgrade. From a boot lip spoiler to a stage 1 tune. Even just changing your wheel size. Police stop you, check your car and take it anyway if there are any mods that change the driving characteristics from stock that are not registered on the car documents. Since being here, I haven't seen 1 noticeably modified cars and 90% of wheel tire combo are factory combo.
