There's no way I would buy that house. You'd need an inspector to check the electrical wiring and it would cost a fortune. Of course we've done so much construction and renovations throughout the years we're done. My next home has to be brand new. Don't let your friends get into something that will take years to redo. ❤

Very comical. I loved how patient Sam and Nia were, that house owner was so rude showing her damaged house. Sam, buy for location, not the house. A house can be changed but not the noisy road. The house isn't in a good location and has major problems.

I think for me it would depend on what the inspection report says. There may be things you haven't seen yet. I know couple issues really concerned me. Best of luck searching for a home. I hope your friends get a decent place for a great deal.

That lady was incredibly rude! “Been single since 85” ya we can tell! Watching sams renovations and building the cabin from the ground up I’d assume he knows his stuff and knows what he’s talking about. I’m assuming he was being nice and didn’t want to go in there and act like he knew it all and correct the lady. Clearly she doesn’t have a sense of humor and I feel like Nia looked annoyed with her jabs towards Sam. Could be wrong just my observation.
