Come along with my brother and I as we fly along the Mississippi River to find new camping spots to fly into this fall. We have some awesome landing spots, camping spots, and very entertaining ideas to try out soon. Stay tuned to see some Piper cubs, Kitfoxes, and more fun tailwheel aircraft.

Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas has some very nice fly-in campsites. Taxi up to your campsite. Runway 6000 feet i think. Paved. Fuel.

@@fishertrowbridge - Its been 20 years since I was there. Hope its all still operating. The story is the airstrip was built by some wealthy people, then given to the state park. Airport is MPJ

They’re great airplanes… i first soloed a pa-11 cub and have time in a j3 also. I enjoy the champ more due to solo up front, more room etc.
