The thing about 24k gold in skincare is that it's literally just a gimmick. Gold is an inert chemical, it doesn't react with anything. It's completely useless on your skin, it's just there to make the product look fancy. There might be other good things in those products, but the gold itself does nothing but market the product.

Clarisonic was ahead of their time, those were the times before chemical exfoliation was so available, before double cleansing and oils. Clarisonic was great for the times it was invented in, but now nobody needs that. And definitely not for the price.

The great thing about cleansing waters is that u can apply more product on the cotton pad than you would get on thin measly cleansing wipe :p this prevents friction on the skin during swiping and helps remove makeup/dirt better. Or if u dont wanna use more product like that you can pre mist your cotton pad with water before u put the cleansing water on just so u dont have any dry spots on the cotton pad that can rub/scratch your face 🤠
