I have literally felt my self esteem go down the drain simply because I stopped taking care of myself. I work out now , I love filing my nails and cooking. I know exercise is not for everyone but there are so many positives that outweigh the negatives. Doing all this made me feel better about myself for sure. Ill just live vicariously through you :) in October I ended up on life support for a terrible asthma attack and went into complete respiratory failure. They put these like balloons on my legs that inflate and deflate to prevent blood clots in the legs since they kept me asleep while on the actual ventilator.. once the vent came out, I remember telling a nurse I was taking those leg inflation things home because it was like a leg massage!
