Axel, Larxene, and Vexen were always based on Reno, Elena (visually), and Hojo.

I found another possible easter egg in chapter 12, there's a sidequest at Costa Del Sol where you get a door key that looks like the KH logo.

Maybe in FF7 Remake part 3, there should be side missions of Cloud fighting the Heartless then fights Ansem as a wink and a nod.

I actually love Elena and her having the sea salt ice cream was so awesome! I can imagine Elena turning good and a being of light if she really tries to change and help Cloud and his gang. Even Rude and Reno helped Cloud and his gang in Advent Children. I always loved Cloud and Yuffie when they is in Kingdom Hearts. I hope we can see Sora or Roxas in Final Fantasy 7 Remake part 3 maybe them in Cloud’s dreams or his complicated puzzle memories
