My Attention was drawn to the fact that the Ranking was for Africa and not the world. I Expanded my research and there are many sources with variations. I'll share some links below. Queen Tilly very welcome 🙏. I personally don’t know what rubric these organizations used. But the world will be too extreme cos the airport some countries have are just too majestic. Security and safety wise, customer service, accountability etc ; we won’t be close and I know what I am saying. Been through few airports and most states in USA 🇺🇸 airport got skyLink, easy connections to parking lots and car rentals, many attractions etc. so we won’t even be close on the world 🌍 list. They spend some huge cash 💵. Like DFW airport it’s terminal D alone is about 2.1 million square foot and $1.2 billion in construction. While Ghana’s new terminal 3 was about $250 million. I hope am making sense. Ghana 🇬🇭 is home but we have to face facts and we can equally do majestic things. Ghana is about the size of the UK 🇬🇧 so we definitively can but not there yet. I personally don’t like comparing countries because several factors need be put in place and usually is needless; cos every country has its uniqueness. Thanks 🙏 Ghana 🇬🇭 is home and there is different feel and connection when you touch the soil. SKT Ghana 🇬🇭 Boxing 🥊

When I first saw it, I was like this can't be right 😅😅 cos I've seen the airport in Singapore and other airports, I checked lists and couldn't find any with Ghana yet this information was still confirmed by more than one source. Well, we're all learning so again thanks for giving me the heads up. Ghana is indeed home but we still have a long way to go, we're getting there, but not there yet. Namaste 🙏🏽.

Disclaimer before y'all come at me 😂😂😂 1. The Ranking is by the Airport Council International (ACI) Africa. 2. The Airport is an Expansion and not a Renovation of the Old Airport, now Terminal 2, and used for Domestic Flights. 3. I personally checked for lists of Best Airports in the World and couldn't come by a list that had Ghana's Airport in it; these lists were curated outside Africa, again the Ranking was made by ACI Africa so it makes sense that probably people don't know of this information. 4. I also noticed that not alot of Media covered this story or shared this information, again no one is going to tell our story better than ourselves. 5. From the point of view to most of people and mine in particular naming Accra Airport after a traitor who betrayed his country and jeopardised the vision of Kwame Nkrumah was not an accurate idea to have made and accepted. The name "Kotoka" should appear only in history books and not at the gate way of Ghana as it is now.
