The moment she decided that, sacred timeline started to branch, because Dr. Strange breaking the multiverese or, Scarlet Witch becoming a nexus being doesn't explain this, in this moment Loki, Sylvie and He Who remains is out of time, that means things happen in the timeline doesnt affect this place. So the only thing that can trigger this moment is Sylvie's decision. And what allowed NWH spell to go wrong was the absence of He Who Remains after Loki S1. If He Who Remains was still alive, that means the TVA was working too, so they could have pruned NWH timeline, That means everything happend with the multiverse so far in the MCU was allowed after Sylivie killed him.

I love how marvel always finds a way to connect each film with each other in the slyest ways, and they all premise mainly around the same idea of multiverses and TVAs like the spider verse and the tva itself, which are both basically identicals of eachother. I would also LOVE to see the marvel “What Ifs” ultron get involved with Loki season 2.
