In defense of Vaporeon not having a mouth, it’s almost entirely water-like, so it wouldn’t need a mouth to drink water. It just puts its face in and lets the water molecules merge into it.

This video looks AMAZING! Vaporeon is my favorite eeveelution! I just have one small critique for you, for future scaled pokemon! Make a note in which direction the scales flow. Usually the end, the curbed bit, is going down the body, not towards the front end of the body. Look up some carp or something like that, that should give you a good idea of the flow!

Water stones may sometimes be findable in the wild, and if an eevee interacted with one I'm assuming it would evolve. Espeon, Umbreon, and Sylveon are the more unusual ones, unless pack-bonding with other pokemon is enough to let them evolve that way.
