When you are on the board of directors for an organization, it is absolutely fair to treat statements by the organization itself in its websites and any other public facing speech as being shared and approved of by the individual board member. As a matter of fact, thats the premise already practiced within several facets of American Corporate Law. Him trying to deny knowledge of and attachment to these statements while a still sitting board member would not hold up in a court of law, and doesnt hold up here.
