*Purchasing the video is no guarantee that there's not another one out there.* The seller could have made multiple tapes. They'll sell one to the victim, another to a news outlet, or sell it to an online site (OF?) that will set it up on a pay to see basis until they're shut down, but the damage will be done in multiple ways.
