He’s been watched and evidence has been collected on him for a while and a grand jury indictment came back with probable cause to advance. - The particular charges are harsh also. Racketeering gives the federal government a lot of room to work with that statute. - also it’s in New York with a reputation of convicting a lot of cases like this - and there are no lawsuits currently. Something she can get better at. You can not teach what she is already blessed with! Comedy... laughter! Jess you are doing a great job and she'll get better. Reporting and journalism is something people study in school.. it's a career. They already have two personalities in Envy and CTG. I don't think they need a third when we've seen how Loren balances the guys out.

@jas1565 You are basically repeating what I just said. Something that can be learned/taught. Envy(Host) and CTG(Co-Host) are seasoned men. Jess is completely different dynamic and has shown that with her own segments she brought with her along with the audience, she has. We need to stop comparing. Loren is great, as is Jess ... but Jess is a celebrity and is exactly what The Breakfast Club needed.
