Because if nothing else, the feds are quite patient. They have to review the copious amounts of evidence, see what other charges they can file, talk to witnesses, possible subpoena people. Charges aren’t gonna come as quickly as you may think.

Fox News put out a report about 2 possible witnesses rumored to have snitched to the Feds, the anchor & the reporter also discussed the possibility of PD*ddy cooperating with the Feds ie snitching on others, which is possibly why he has not been detained yet. imo it seems like the Feds or HSI still need to go through the evidence they collected during the raids to decide what to charge PD*ddy. Am also guessing he may have been assessed as not being a flight risk, which iirc was why Ghil-aine Max-well was taken into custody & not allowed bail for her criminal court case.
