There is NO WAY the judge should have missed the fact that the legal pads weren’t marked not marked “LEGAL” in the pics that th prosecution submitted. No way. And if he didn’t have the pics, he should have deserved ruling until he had them. He screwed up. Diddy and go is team know this judge has only been on the bench h since April 2023. Whether they claim everything was consensual or not. When the jury hears about all the spiked drinks they gave to guests to make them pass out for extended periods of time, then those people turned up at hospitals with injuries a day or two later with a mix of alcohol and sedative drugs in their system and if those people didn't have the drinks they'd be kicked out of the parties. THAT is impossible to claim as consensual.

I hope someone from Stephen A's team read this post. Its regarding some "Private Investigators" visiting social media influencers like Amala Ekpunobi and other influencers as well. These so called investigators approached the influencers and were asking if they were being "paid" about posting content specifically about the Diddy case and were offering X amount of money to post about Diddy in a positive light. This sounds shady and some of the influencers even posted the story and recorded these men asking these shady questions. Some theorizing that its some sort of intimidation tactic or manipulation to try to paint Diddy in a more positive look given the stacked allegations against him. Hope Stephen A's team looks into this issue and reports on it if not. Hand the info to the SDNY and the DOJ.
