So where's the justice in that the only people that need to be convinced of his crimes is 12 jurors of his peers, and one judge. So tainting the jury pool is an injustice and it's unfair if it was any one of you you would not like it. Everybody deserves a fair trial and also to be able to prepare their defense. It's either you take a plea ( if offered) or you plead guilty or you fight your case.. you are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. In the United States. Its the judges decision to give bail. The same judge is not overseeing both cases. 2 different judges for 2 different cases. Its a case by case basis because conditions are not the same. Neither should get bail, but they can't prove unfairness if it's not the same judge overseeing both cases. The press has a right to obtain information. Everyone wants transparency.
