I know how it is I did a number on my knee and tried to not do the surgery for a year and just did more damage every knee is different good luck and get it fixed the insurance is almost a waste of money now a days love the channel 🙏💯

Sorry to hear that ! Hope you keep us posted ! I had a knee injury in 2023, took 9 months to heal up. Still not 100%. I was 56 when I hurt my knee. There were times I thought my riding/racing days were over. But I started racing again Jan 2024. I was 56 when I hurt my knee. I wish you the best, and God bless!
