Nice unexpected encounter with the grass snake! Even if what you set out to photograph isn't about, there's always something happening and sometimes you're lucky enough to spot it!!

Hi Keith, Great video. That was a grass snake, it's always got a bit of yellow at the side of it's head That's sod's law that. You bring all your gear out and nothing appears. I sometimes don't have my camera with me and on those days everything will just about appear. Bring the camera out the next time and hardly anything. That's wildlife photography though...😎👍👍

Hi Eddiek. Thanks for confirming the snake. Yep you just never know what will turn up and when. That’s what makes it fun though. Thanks for watching. Cheers Keith

nice video again, pity nothing showed up maybe you should have had a darker background behind you as from the front of camo you see your shadow ie @5:23 the sun behind you would show you up

Good point made just think maybe there was nothing around that morning. There was some movement on the fishing lake behind which may not have helped. Great fun trying though. Thanks for watching.

Did you get your camo netting locally? The fact that it folds so small is great, I wouldn’t mind one of those.

Got it off Amazon Colin amzn.to/2WAJBGk

Thanks David. Great to hear you look forward to my videos, I haven't missed a Saturday for a while and trying hard to keep them coming. Great image on your Instagram page. Wrens are wonderful little birds, I managed to get an even better image last week which will feature in a video in a few weeks. Thanks for your support.... Cheers Keith

Great video im pretty sure its a red eared terrapin they are quite rare only ever seen a couple at one of my local reserves
@KGsPhotography4 жыл бұрын
I understand that this one has been around the reserve for many years and it was suggested that it was released when the Ninja Turtle craze was over with people not knowing how large they grow.
