As you know, there's only one Coast Guard Boot camp. When I was going through fire controlman school at Great lakes naval training center, they tried cracking jokes but inside as they cried they all wanted to be in the Coast Guard. Poor guys wearing dungarees with back pockets sewn on the front and dog bowls as covers :-) but the best part was when all the Navy ships would follow behind the Coast Guard cutter going into fleet week New York City.

Hi Paul, A darn good scrap day today. Your channel is the best! It reminds me of times going out with my Dad and brother when we were kids, 50+ yrs ago. My dad had a wood panel station wagon and we would sit on the tailgate and he would stop the car. We would jump off at the "give me piles" and look for scrap metal and good useable things to gather up. We thought we were rich when he gave us a Nickel for each thing we found! On Friday evening we would get to go to a flea market afterwards and get homemade ice cream.😋🍦🍨. Fun memories! Hello Paul, I really love your videos and your voice is so calming to me (sorry if that sounds weird). But at the end of the day, after lisening to a 2yr old, a 10 yr old, and then video games from both of my adult boys, it's wonderful to hear a calm voice and the little jiokes and funnies. I really thought the yards on the street where you picked up the working mower had the most beautiful yards. You were pointing out the sky and the way the sun was shining on the trees and it made the lawns look so green and lush. Who wouldn't love to see that all the time. $100.00 + day, not bad. I heard aluminum, and copper went up. They're saying that some places are paying $5.00 a pound for stripped copper. Also,alot of the bike rims are Aluminum. DON'T leave any scrap behind for the next guy. They'll pick it up the way it is,probably take it to the same place and dump it. It's kind of like, there's no friends in an auction. I'm kinda of sure that you can use the money just as well as the other guy. Plus the scrap yards got a little bit of garbage figured in on their price for every load that is brought in.

From South Africa.... so I bought a golf trolley, to use, in conjunction with an army dufflebag, to carry my fishing gear to the water.... carry ? Perhaps carting.....
