I see both sides here. He should have done a better job of communicating though text and phone calls. On the other hand though, some people really aren’t big into phone communication. I’ve talked to women where we have a great time when we see each other in person, but they are kinda dry with texting. He said that he likes to meet and see what’s what, then I’m sure he is better with phone communication after that if there is a spark. Additionally, 3 weeks is not that long, so him having not flown to her in that time span isn’t that wild to me. I can’t speak on whether or not he would’ve flown out if they didn’t reach out to him, because I don’t know. 🤷🏿‍♂️

I wouldn't say its ego, if someone tells you that they want to (Or are willing to) have a long distance relationship with you but then fail to do the basics of that style of relationship (Long distance communication) it would be frustrating in general. Also she points out it was not that he didnt text it was that he was not moving the conversation towards getting to know her, which is very important. Now I agree with the getting his own place thing, he may or may not have gotten his own place so this should not hurt nor help him.

All the comments getting on Jeremiah for the length of time he took to attempt to fly out. We’ve seen countless episodes where the ladies are making arrangements, the ladies are making suggestions, changing the flights etc. If they wanted, they would have. This isn’t a one way street with regard to blame. They are both adults and are clearly articulate, if Shana really wanted this to work, she should have pipped up.

Well, she was trying, there was clearly a Lack of effort strongly on his part if we are going to be truthful. She was Calling, trying to face time, texting etc. At the end of the day they only had one face to face interaction so Her doing so is an obvious sign of her making an effort. The issue is, he waited until BM asked them to do the catch-up to suddenly say "I want to fly out" thats the biggest issue.

He said he called her after a week, she said he called after 3 weeks (and we ran with that) 🤷🏿‍♂️. I think the “issue” with this show is that these people have their normal lives going on but for us it’s just entertainment. They met on a show and people expect people to be full blown couple by the time the recap comes up. Additionally, this is 2024, women can do everything men do. She says his convos seemed more like check-ins, was she initiating interesting convos to make his stay interested. Trust me this isn’t a man v woman thing, this is a modern dating conversation. I just believe it a bit harsh for him to take most of the slack!!
