lol the old song is called RUN (in English) an the new one "Dallora Bangtan" (which translates to "run, Bulletproof"). This song is SO GOOD, Bangtan really made the melody and the energy. It shows they are real artists, instead of the basic drop everyone does they do something completely different

The specific romanization of 달려라 방탄 would actually be "dalryora" although an easier way would be dalyeora.. my point being that there's a Y missing in your post that would change the word completely to 달러라 translating to something about dollars.

I love jhope's part at run bulletproof verse, his part is slightly different from suga. I also recognized it for the 1st time his rap part is autotune, but he sounds so sexy in it lol. I think he did use autotune in BTS past songs, but I can't remember which. he knows to control his flow, to match with the energy & vibe. his part always so good, in this song he's the best imo. but the vocalists are also crazy. I love that some reactors including you liked j-hope's part that you keep replaying. *Jhope is gonna perform at lollapalooza & will release his solo album in july* 😍

oh btw, this is minor but the last chorus namjoon was saying "run beautiful run" instead of the usual "run bulletproof" in the other choruses.. it's also probably why the last chorus sounds more calm than aggressive and dominating like the others. It also makes sense if you read the more accurate english translation of the song. It's actually quite meaningful.. just saying, in case you're interested.

it's not a song that I liked right away, it GREW on me. the onty thing is that I'd have wanted it more upbeat, bc the drums & vocals at the very start give the promise of something energetic that you'd expect also from a song abt running, but the beat brutally falls flat. then it's interesting to hear jk in a lower register for once, jimin's piercing high notes always impressive, then it's the verse of each rapper that brings it new layers, rhythms to the songs, especially J-hope's who brings the song in another dimension before reconnecting to the 1st part. once again, BTS did something unexpected, surprising & good

the same for me when i listened to it at first i thought it was cool and unique but i didnt vibed with it, however after the second and third listen and checking out the lyrics i put this on par with "ugh" lol. i think this song is very experimental and it turned out great. the instrumental is also sick. the entire song is very experimental and creative from instrumental to production to vocals everything is new.

Same but I also have grown my own interpretations of the song and of why the chorus kind of feels to slow or whatever…(Now I love the song) My interpretation on the line, “If we live fast let us die young”. So BTS has talked about how they got to where they are today by working hard and by running…They have/had busy lives and constantly doing something. However they talked about how now they just need to some rest and figure out themselves more to be able to continue…so I think that line is saying these things: 1. If we just live fast (have a busy schedule all the time) it isn’t good for people. It can wear people out and/or die young. 2. They talked about how they haven’t had much experience of life (and of youth) because they were constantly working. So they even though they are older their souls are young because they haven’t had many experiences of normal(ish) life. 3. Also I think I could mean to enjoy life and it is good to take breaks for yourself. Having a constant busy schedule could make someone die young just because it can become not healthy. We all need to take time for ourselves every once in a while… Idk these are my opinions… Also the question that Yoongi bring up about why they became successful. I think he answers part of it then RM finishes the answers. As for Jhope he is saying thank you for your hardwork and they have done well. Now it is time for them to explore themselves and their solo works for a while and to “Go Get It”, good luck!!! (Not in a disbanding way) Also the pre chorus I think, where it says “run Bangtan run…” I actually feel like it should be faster. It seems too slow. However after reading the lyrics and interpreting the song I think it is for a purpose. While they have said they have always ran and worked hard to where they are today. They need to slow down for a bit, hence why it isn’t faster, so they don’t “die young”. Idk these are my opinions on the song…
