I love how bts gives us something fresh at a time when we need it. It's a perfect summer song. It has a bit of that MJ vibe to it. Seeing yoongi like this in a long time was a gift and then the guys with their little flirt thing was so cute and the shout out to moms and Army. Perfection

They have a whole song called MAMA if you haven't heard it yet. Jhope did it as a thank you to his mom for sacrificing so much for him to help him reach his goals. The first time he performed it live, his mom was in the audience and it was on his birthday. They included slides of him as a kiddo and had a full gospel choir joining him on stage. It was pretty sweet!

First of all Just want to give a huge thank you to the makeup artist and all of the hair stylist for bts's new music video butter. I just want to say. HOLY FREAK AND THE PRODUCERS……… I LOVE YOU TO DEATH LIKE I ACTUALLY CRIED THE WHOLE TIME.. what i see as the reason why it's more organic as you say or more BTS like because RM is actually part of the production. or atleast he made it in the credits, pretty sure the others submitted their contribution too but unlike Dynamite they didnt change anything.. in Butter, they made amendments.. :)

It's jimin. In that part only 3 verses are there. So V, Jin & JK sang those 3 verses. In between jimin sang the chorus 2 times. By the way jimin didn't have much lines in this song so they used him to sing the chorus. If someone really couldn't distinguish Jin and jimin voices, can check lyrics, color coded videos or line distribution videos. Also I'm so happy Jin got more lines this time.🤗😘 Anyway, All of them did a great job💥. Hats off to them. BTS forever. ❤️

Yes, jhope ate real butter at the end of this MV. He had trouble when he has to eat that, he needed a long time to shoot that part, whether it's a day or one hour, i can't remember how long to shoot this scene. Poor hobi :(

To me this song+video resembles the previous "Dynamite" when it comes to mood and energy, but "Butter" has a special load of sentiment, especially in the chorus. I really like how natural it takes on vibrant colors plus the fresh, youthful gym and their enjoyment in the dance. There are tons of pop artists and bands, but BTS has this uniqueness to them, like a seal. They don't need to try too hard to achieve this connexion with their fans, or to make new ones. My favorite part is the yellow dance floor with the light invading the whole scene (save the best for last) and about instruments, I love the drum during the chorus, sticky, vibrant, makes me want to stand up and dance. Can't wait to see the whole choreography. Generally pleased with this new song, already in my playlist for sure!

I grew with everything you said about the arrangement for the rapper line. Although some fans might argue that Suga, Rm and J-Hope have relatively few lines in this song, but BTS knows what they are doing, and they knows how to let each member shines in their color.
