1st, bullfighting is banned in Catalonia (and the Canary Islands) since many years ago. 2nd, castells are statistically safer than most popular sports. There are more injuries in Catalonia due to child football than to castells :)

There's more children injured annually in Catalonia due to football than to castells, as only 3% of them fall and there are lots of security measures: training on how to fall correctly, specially designed helmets, the people at the bottom who absorve 60% of the impact (calculated by Catalan universities)...
