What an inspiration this video has been, Atco! You have given me the motivation to detail my 1/18th '62 Corvette to look the "spitten image" of my real one! At car shows, I display the model on the air filter with a National Corvette Museum golfing towel as a carpet! The model draws a great deal of attention already....imagine a well-detailed one! Thanks again for the post, Atco!

frowe327 Hi - I go to a lot of car shows. I've seen other guys do their cars into a model as well. I really like when they put detail into the model that has the same stuff that is in the real one. You guys love your cars! Thanks for your comment! -- Atco

Hi Justin - I appreciate anyone who puts a lot of care and creativeness in to their hobby. I don't care if its diecast cars, collecting records, stamps or anything. I'm impressed with what people can do with their hobbies. Frank get's a lot of enjoyment of his diecast cars and he's good at his work. Thanks for your comment -- Atco

Finally, a video on detailing models that's not by a 12-year old and with terrible music. Hobbies are best left to the older guys with a little too much extra time 😂

Hi Micro - That's funny, great comment. I have learned that there are a lot mature men who detail cars and with all different scales. Whether they are boys or men, they can all have a lot of fun having this hobby. See ya -- Atco

What gorgeous models and detailing! I've always loved models, in both 1/25 and 1/18! Take a look at my other channel NDrLoR and see some of the models I've had for a long time!

Very interesting... thanks! I also put carpeting in my cars, unless they are from AUTOart, then they come with carpeting.

Hi Model - I've had model cars for years and never really saw people detailing their cars until lately. Since I've looked on KZbin, there are a lot of people that are doing beautiful work on their cars! Yep, it's a cool hobby! See ya -- Atco

Sorry but he needs to do more research on his engines a 1953 6 cylinder or all of them have the sparkplugs on the same side as the distributer wich is the right side

It's a shame to detail all that engine and have the totally non-realistic hood hinges. He should put his time into a car that has better quality hinges and such, then the small intricate stuff he is doing would really pop.

Hi James - Sorry took so long to respond. KZbin (Google+) just doesn't give me the info that my comments have come in anymore. Anyways... I never saw anyone detail model cars before, so when I saw these I was impressed! And I am, but since then I've looked into other channels on KZbin and some guys have done an unbelievable job on their models! Again, I'm impressed! See ya -- Atco
