He's living the dream, man lol. If you can't make it to the league, it's more fun to stay in school than play in the cfl, or just at a desk. Ain't fair to the older players, but I would do it if possible. I wouldn't sure unless a lawyer came to me with the case pro bono and explained how there is a loophole. Of there's no loophole, I'm not going to sue to change the rules, that just seems unjust and I wouldn't be comfortable with it.

Wouldn’t his Juco year be the COVID year tho if it was 2020-21? He would have a more than valid point in that case technically because he actually would have a year of eligibility left

Shsun is s idiot. The ncaa got sued. They had no choice but to allow NIL and transfers. They had no choices. It happened over night. It’s been 2 years now and the ncaa is trying to get some guidelines now. But every state has different laws. The NCAA has been trying to get congress to pass a uniformed law. Noel sounds dumb on it also. They need to go research what the deal is. What actually happened. I as a former 30 year coach hate the ncaa as much as anyone But this situation was brought on by the players and they created the mess. The NCAA has been left trying to clean it up without much power to do so. Like I said. Go do the research. Lot of uneducated takes from guys I like on hear. But it’s obvious they have no clue what is really going on
