As a Cowboy fan of over 50 years, I don't blame Micah or any other player (which are few) on the Cowboys if they want to go somewhere else. The organization (i.e. the owner, president and GM) are not committed to winning and doing what is necessary to get other quality players that can help the team win. No coach with a winning system will come to Dallas because they would have to contend with micro manager Jones and meddling Jones. Jones's arrogance and ego is the problem with the organization and the only coaches that will want to come to Dallas are those that do not have a winning career. Jerry has a rolodex of those "yes sir" coaches. Jerry is toxic. He is not a great sports team owner. He is a business owner and as long as the Cowboys remain the most (or one of the most) valued sports franchise in the world, Jerry sees that as a sign that the organization is a success. But our team hasn't done anything positive of note since the mid-90's.
