I am about to pitch this position to my owner who just moved into a new building and has no one taking care of these kind of things coming from a smaller shop. I have many years of experience in this way of working and thinking. This was great to watch for my way I can help pitch the position in a very business professional way. Safety is huge to me and that’s the first thing I see that needs to be fixed lol.
