Great video! I’m not clear on what is included in the word count though, is it literally everything between the intro and end of conclusion? Do headers/ tables count as part of word count?

Thanks and the word count is for your own words. So anything you write, including what's in tables and headers, I'd count in the word count. You can exclude anything RICS provide.

Up to you as the guidance says "Total word count: you must include a word count at the end of our case study. You can include notes on what you have included in the count. The assessors will be looking to see that you have kept within the prescribed word count for both your summary of experience and your case study." Just be sensible is my advice.
