I feel you deserve a comment. I love how your present the information with many ways to look at the diecephalon. EVERYTHING made much sense. this was a 360 presentation. THANK YOU for taking the time to put this together.

Thank you for your great video. i got a question. In the <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="222">3:42</a> time of the video when you showed the infundibulum isn't that structure the optic chiasm?

Remember the infundibulum comes right off the hypothalamus... without looking under this area it would be hard to tell if this was the infundibulum or optic chiasm..they are so close to one another.

There is a small correction when discussing the function of the thalamus: receives sensory information from predominantly the spinal cord tracts but also from cranial nerves specifically CNV CNVIII and CNII.
