@Daniel Appleton you are absolutely right! I just could quite grasp the concepts on the real specimens because they are not very nice at my uni (most of them are damaged). I made sure to check them out as much as I could tho. :)

Nice Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched - Yonlijah Seyatalie Release (google it)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for getting rid of uterine fibroids without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

I found this series of videos during the last week before my neuroanatomy final exam, and I am bummed I didn't find them earlier! Dr. Stensaas integrates the identification of structures on the lab specimens with their functions and clinical applications in a beautiful way. It all makes so much sense the way she teaches it. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. :)

I'm a brand new neuroscience student and the large colored brain model is the coolest I've ever seen. I spent the last half hour scouring the internet and I can't find anything remotely similar. I'm sure it's a super expensive specialized model lol. Awesome though. Great video too! It's the first one I've been able to find that actually shows the SN(now I see why they named it) and VTA and explained the pathways so clearly. The basal ganglia is definitely one of my favorite parts of the brain. I'm so excited for neuroanatomy! I can't take it for another year and a half cuz I'm still knee deep in pre-reqs but man I'm going to own this class lol.

How are you a medical student? Assuming you were born in 1998 you would be around 20 years old. You need a bachelors before you can begin to apply for medical school.

@@alexisdelapuente3097 Man, in some countries this isn't necessary. Lemme give you an example. In Brazil (my country) you start going to medschool after you finish highschool and It lasts 6 years, not 4 like in the US.

You med students and doctors think you are so cool when you think you figured out the problem. Do you care if the patient suffering gets help? No. Let me tell you... we get no help after diagnosis. So, congratulations for being so smart. Enjoy the big money you get. You take every last dime from the 'case studies' you think are so 'interesting' to learn from. Most of these people end up bankrupt, homeless, and penniless because of this disease you find so 'interesting'. I hope my comment makes someone think. The so called "healthcare" we pay exhorbitant premiums for are a sham and do not serve us when we need it most. Shame.
@zahrad17513 жыл бұрын
@@carolynnwalker2971 I’m sorry you’ve had such a bad experience. Do you live in the US? In which case I agree- patients are charged ridiculous prices and doctors are often money minded. Thankfully I’m in the UK, and we have healthcare which is publicly funded and accessible to all. We always look at patients holistically and see how we can help them (not just medically.). I hope this sort of thing will be implanted in other countries so both the rich and the poor have access to the same healthcare
