As a note, the harmonics he does are different from the standard, instead being forced harmonics. They are played with 3/4ths pressure from the left hand, with the bow more over the fingerboard, and it results in the fundamental tone disappearing from the note leaving only the 1st octave harmonic behind. They're very fiddly but he has obviously practiced them a lot. That's how he's able to go so low with his harmonics sometimes. He details the process in the Preface to his Three Romances (which you can get from Barenreiter).

you're right, in an interview he says that those harmonics were his creation, so I do not know how to write in the score, only using the traditional writing of the harmonics!!!
