OH WOW ! ! ! ! I want to make one of those into a little engines... A dinky inline 6 cyl diesel ! ! ! ! ! That would be so much fun, putting one of those in a Suzuki Samurai, Heck, those are small enough, you could put two of those side by side in the Samurai's engine bay. This dinky little diesel likely has more horse power then the factory gasoline 1.8 ltr unit that is in it now, which if I remember correctly, the factory gas engine powerplant came with 38 or 48 HP and 50 to 65 Ft/lbs of torque at the flywheel, this little inline 6 diesel, would be a riot in one of those........ EBAY or AlliExpress HERE IS COME.. How about a inline 6 diesel powered chainsaw? LOL.. that would be so cool!!!!
@vladimir40932 жыл бұрын
This is a high pressure fuel pump, what are you smoking tho?:D
@drubradley88212 жыл бұрын
Yup.. I already got 6 on order and have tracking numbers, pretty excited to chop these dinky guys up. I like the look of the block casting. I will make the rest.. but the block's exterior is done.. I can cast smaller parts, but a engine block is just too big, and doing it by myself, is too risky, due to the weight of the pour.. but the other parts I might or will need to cast, not an issue.. These are gonna be so much fun... I have no clue what the HP & torque will be, likely not very much, but, if it is about 5 to 10 HP and 5 to 10 ft/lbs of torque, that will be perfect. I will settle for what ever the first one does, for proof of concept, and will have 5 more to improve on at each level... I have about another week, and they will be hear. I can't locate a 1940's to mid 40's CROSLEY inline 4 cylinder, and the ones I have found, are either so busted up and in bad shape, not worth the money and time or are so costly, approx $10K USD. I have already built a 1/4 scale CONLEY V-8, that I got from a guy who blew it up and it seized it up, broke the crankshaft and I basically got that for $300 bucks USD, and had to deal with what I could afford, as one of those CONLEY engines NEW, pending the model, start at approx $7500, on up to $15K, which is way outside of my ability in purchasing power. Some of the kits, in a blueprint or drawings format, which can be purchased for $10 to $20 bucks USD, and I have purchased many of those and likewise, built most of them and are allot of fun, but are still very small. I wanted a 1/2 scale and the look of the inline 6 casting. A dinky inline 6, like what is famously run in the past 20 to 30 years worth of Jeeps. .. So, that is what my mission is. I suppose I should have mentioned so.. to prevent folks from calling me silly names or calling me crazy.. But I understand.. I hope that answers your question or statement.

@chocolat3453 жыл бұрын
The plungers on top have adjustements left or right for the flow, you need a dial gauge to know how many milimeters you move the plunger but in this case he maybe does not have one so he just tap the plunger wherever he thinks needs adjustement and compare the flow with the other plungers on the machine

There is nothing liberal about it. I grew up in Eastern Europe. The old mechanics/machinists , from which I learned a lot, don't give a rat's ass about safety goggles, ear muffs and other stupid shit like this. If you are stupid and you make stupid mistakes, you pay the price with or without, safety equipment. This safety bullshit and oh, they don't do it like we do it in the west, is just a privileged way of thinking typical to the people that have all the possibilities. These people are poor, they do these jobs for less than a tenth of what you would get in the west. They use that money to feed their families and , if there is something left they replace/buy tools that they need. The safety gear is third or fourth place at best...
