@@ZepolWorkzGarage Greatly appreciate your help & kindness🙂 I just bought a 338 in Boston & drove it to the west coast ( just cab chassis) . I changed the oil behind a harbor freight in new Hampshire. The oil plug was so tight a 3/8 breaker bar wouldn't get it & I'm not a Lightfoot I weight 245 pounds & I'm fairly strong. I had to go back in harbor freight and buy a 2 foot long 1/2 drive bar and it was still pretty tuff and I even hit it with pb blaster🤣

@@kylerich3771 that's why I always have a 3ft pipe to slide over breaker bar for more leverage. Thanks for Comment keep wrenching.

stupid but kinda important question... we have the 268 hino also. done the air brakes everything else BUT I've never done the engine or frame fuel filters... this truck has a lift pump right? changing the fuel filters just full em up, do a key on off cycle like5, 8 times and start her up??? theres no manual priming pump like old school trucks?
@ZepolWorkzGarage5 жыл бұрын
the greek guy viva-greece yes should have electric lift pump. Does yours have Davco type fuel water separator I fill those full fuel also. I do same key on and off couple times. When cranking hold throttle pedal to the floor until engine starts. Then keep revs around 1500 till running smooth should have no air in fuel system.

@@ZepolWorkzGarage yes has that Davco type filter also.. thank you... was not sure cuz our kenworth doesnt, it has a primer pump.... THANK YOU!!!!!!

So what if you use liquid wrench
@ZepolWorkzGarage2 жыл бұрын
Liquid Wrench is good it is a penetration spray. WD40 is a water dispersing spray. There both ok as long used for what made of.
