The electric cars can be a nice way to earn cash fast in repair jobs, since the battery packs cost about as much as a whole transmission each and you may have to replace as many as three of them at once.

Can I offer a suggestion? When you go to junk yards and barns grab every single part you find repair all you can then trash the rest for doing upgrades you want to do! Is it time consuming sure and a little bit costly at first okay but in the long run when it comes to working on both customers cars and doing your rebuilds of cars you find it saves you a ton of money as well and earns you bonus stuff too if you care about it. Also after doing body work for a customer do a paint job for them stock paint they will pay for your extra work even restoring parts they are not replacing that you already have apart before reassembling the car. They do pay you for all your efforts. Also bring a finished restored car to the test track show how it handles and brakes it can raise the price of the car before you sell it check before and after to see the results..

Hey Diesel did you notice the rose outside?. If not, go outside over by the big white fuel tank is a phone booth, next to it is a bench. On the bench is a red rose laying on it with something written on the bench. Not sure why. I'm guessing someone that one of the devs knew passed away.

Bought this yesterday, just the game no dlc's yet. Went straight into expert mode, you gotta really watch your income and you dont get the highlights where your bolts are. I ran out of money a few times on a big early job and had to scavenge parts from other jobs and take on a bunch of easy grind jobs to earn enough scratch to keep going. Kept getting brake jobs with the ABS pump and module being busted, and that didn't help with the moneys. I can see that electric motor car is gunna be quite challenging to build on expert mode. lol FYI - You can use your left and right arrow keys to change up purchase quantities as your buy multiples of items.

On the shopping list, something that might make it easier is you can add it to the list before you remove it from the car. Then you can just remove it from your shopping list if you can repair it.

It sucks I just checked the PlayStation store and the game dropped but only the Nissan DLC dropped no electric car DLC yet but that's ok. Time to get simulator wrenching lol. Love the vids to Diesel keep up the awesome work

The electric car dlc comes with the game on console and you have to buy the Nissan dlc separately. Hope this helps 😁

I'm hoping I would see a "conversion kit" DLC in the future, where you can convert ether an EV into a combustible engine-powered car, turn an EV or a combustible into a hybrid and vice-versa.

that is very accurate. the Tesla roadster had a 0-60 of 3.7 and a top speed of about 120 mph
