That first train had two separate mid train DPUs? I've never seen that before

There are some heavy grades through here and they like running there trains big! It was 3-1-1 setup and then after it was changed to 1 more added unit and two DPU’s together in the middle and 1 at the back!

White tankers looked weird. couldn't tell if they were plastered with snow on the back underside of if they had just dried out a bit back there (Which makes no sense at all). Comments for the Algorithms are always useful. Looks like a cold day train spotting in the shadow of the mountains.

There’s many reasons, things improved over the years there is more safety with detecting equipment to detect defects with trains, also distributed power units (DPU) which are remotely operating with the lead locomotive..so only 2 crew members are required.

More trains and less trucks and less vehicles and the world would be much better, highways wouldn't be sow rough and carbon emissions would go way down. Trains are the best way to travel in the world
