Hi Gowthami garu... Ninna mi intermittent fasting video chusanu.. Nenu ninnatnunde follow avatam start chesa. 16:8 hrs. 10am-6pm pettukunna na eating window. Morning 30min work out start chesa.. Nice recipes.. @8:10 is it non stick pan ..? if so, use wooden spatula instead of metal one.. metal ones are not safe to use on non stick pan.. pan may end up with scratches..
