1 tbsp potato starch
1 to 2g salt
Aonori (green laver) to taste

1, Cut potatoes into long, thin strips and soak in water for about 10 minutes.
2, In a plastic bag, mix the drained potatoes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, 1 to 2 grams of salt, and a little green laver.
