🥩 🥛 🥚 Vit D3 and K2 are some of our largest deficiencies and they are crucial for teeth. Grassfed animal food (meat, eggs, milk, cheese) solves this problem. The lies that you are told that plant 🌱 food does, needs to be tossed in the trash. Supplements also are not that bioavailable. Eat grassfed meat and you’ll be healthier.
