I love hearing a woman who I respect, you, saying that she can not stay on a diet, has no willpower. I am also a bread girl. Real butter. Fresh crunchy bread, butter = perfection. I’ve been trying my best and feeling much less bloated. Best wishes to both of us!

I understand about doing the brows. I have been wanting to get mine done for couple years now and I am afraid I won't like the result. Worried about them being too dark. My brows now are barely there and also very tired of doing them every morning. I know how expensive microblading is and also the upkeep that is required after several months. I still may end up at least booking a consultation and finding out more about it. Not too many people do that in my area. Only one I know of is booked 6 months in advance. Good luck with it if you decide to go ahead with it. Would love to see how they turn out.

Hi Nisha, I was the same thinking as you - was a bit reluctant to get my brows done. Mine were non existent, so thin and sparse. I used gimme brow for sometime and decided to take the plunge with micro blading combination, which is a blend of both strokes and powder blending. Yes you have to have a top up, but you still have to top up the powder ombré brows too. The colour is tested on you, shape is drawn on you beforehand and only when you are happy they go ahead. Go for it!!! 💕

I had my brows micro bladed almost 5 years ago (after researching for a very long time) and it was the best thing I’ve done. To wake up and not have to do my brows has been so wonderful. I could not leave the house without doing my brows-I looked like I didn’t have any brows-made me look ill. I understand the hesitation-I have heard many horror stories. I followed this girls work for a couple years before going to her. Also, asking the person for some after videos/photos (months or year after) helped me to see what their work looks like down the road.

Love bread as well but it makes me bloated as well. Hi Nisha. I love how honest and humble you are with us. I feel you on the bread issue. I have exactly the same problem and I bloat terribly with gluten. I’ve been mostly gluten free for twenty years and as soon as I have bread I look like I’m six months pregnant. M&S do the most amazing gf white bread rolls, you’d never know the difference. Having tried everything on the market I can’t recommend these enough. As for the brows I had mine done here in central London. I have very thin sparse brows due to over plucking. The shape was awful and they were uneven despite this beautician doing some of the girls from Towie’s brows. They were too far apart but she refused to make them closer. She said they bleed. They’ve faded after eight months. I just used them as a rough stencil now. I’d definitely have them done again when they’ve faded a bit more and can be reshaped. Such a time saver.

I Nisha! First I am so happy your mom‘s little puppy was miraculously healed! I actually do my brows before I go to bed and they stay. I use Morphy in the little pot and I use a stencil and then I use NYX retractable brow pencil to finish them off and they pretty much stay on and I might need to touch them up a bit but at least I don’t wake up without brows on. I find it works really well. So wash your face and do your night routine and then powder your brow area with translucent powder and do your brows and see if you can get them to stay!
@beachgirlsc2 жыл бұрын
I hardly have brows and love that they’re microbladed. I went to someone who’s brows I liked. I showed pictures of how I wear them, she followed that, then let me perfect the shape before she did it. The strand look is gone and the color has faded, but it’s not a weird color and I love that I have that frame even without makeup. I also have a template if I want to enhance them. It sounds like you found someone who’s work you like. That’s the most important thing. I got eyeliner too and went to someone who’s work I saw on others long after the procedure and loved. I love always having the liner, too. I went with thinner brows and liner on only the outer half of my eyes. It really took years off of my face and I can feel better when I’m makeup free. Just my thoughts, everyone is different. It’s surely a decision you must make for yourself. Love you and your videos, stay well!

Nisha I have recently decided to wear contact lenses and putting on makeup is 90% easier/ better. I am a few yrs older than you and I bought the (multifocal Total 1 dailies). They are so comfortable I forget they are in. It took a few tries to get them exactly right but I persisted and I’m over the moon. They give you free trials for four days and I did that twice until I got the clarity I wanted. They are daily disposable eye contacts and so easy to put in and take out honesty after three days it gets so easy and in all honesty I never want to take them out. I buy them for three months at a time but I don’t wear them every day so they will last 4-6 months. Please try them you won’t be disappointed. So easy to put makeup on too.

Me too! I LOVE bread & potatoes 🤍 My Polish family argues about the food now. But you get used to it!! Kapusta is a great delicious meal without carbs. I've been low carb & sugar for about 4 yrs, it's the only change that works for me. Flattens my stomach (no bloating). Sandwiches is the hardest. But I love that you're trying it & sharing ideas!! ☺️. Same with my brows, I spend more time on them than anything else! I buy & use more products on them, then go back to powder, ink, colored gel & clear gel. Omg I wish someone would figure out a better & quicker way!! 😵💫 So we've had the Sephora sale the last few weeks, I can't even believe Sephora isn't in the UK??! But trying some great products, have you tried Oribe gold lust shampoo & conditioner? Omg so good (not for every day, 1-2x a month), loving the Givenchy matte foundation (for Summer) & the finishing powder, new CTilbury cool-tone highlighter, PG Bridgerton 2 palette, KVD gel contour, Kaleidos violet blush & purple palette, NYX liquid lip in Sway (violet) with a sparkle white gloss over it, & Kilian Paris Don't be Shy new perfume!! Some of my new purchases with nowhere to go 😂 Otherwise, love to hear about any good UK series you're watching? Thanks for sharing 🤍 xo

After doing much research I had my brows microbladed here in Sydney around 5yrs ago. I was really happy with the shape but I was never happy with the colour. I think if you have dair hair it's so much easier to get the right colour. But for a blonde who usually does her brows in a taupe brow pencil, as I don't want them looking too dark nor too yellowy brown if you know what I mean. Although I went back 3 times to get the colour perfected I was never really happy. I have also considered the Mist Brows that Amy Jean does here which look more shadow like but I don't want to spent another $1600 and not be happy. One thing I do love is having a Lash Lift and Tint.

I done my research and read reviews, so didn’t just pick any semi permanent make up artist. Nisha, get those brows done! I had nano brows done about 5 years ago and it’s a game changer! It’s a combination of powder brows and the individual strokes. I researched a lot places around me and went into Toronto which is about an hour away but so worth it for the right person. I get mine touched up ever 18 months to 2 years. I really think it depends on the person who does the work. My sister cheated out and went to a hole in the wall and they aren’t great! Research and get referrals!

I totally understand your reticence about micro blading. Nisha, now I have problems with bread, sweet. I just never thought that I personally have problems with small malfunctions in the work of my gallbladder, in my love for sweets, fried, sauces and marinades. But when the first colic under the shoulder blade occurred and I ran to do ultrasound tests, it turned out that this, of course, was not a disaster, but it was time to think about the habit of eating delicious and harmful, now, after biliary colic, I even eat liquid oatmeal porridge on water without salt and sugar with pleasure. This is my experience about bloating. You can't do a lot of things and you need to find out why you are inflated. I eat bread only 1 or 2 kinds of dried flour, no cakes, sweets, coffee, cocoa. Juices, decoctions, jelly. In general, everything is solved, just examine your body. Health, health and health again. Have a good Easter and sunny weather outside and at home.

Moreover, these problems occur more often in women, as it is written, after pregnancies. I never thought that because of the gallbladder, pain in the lower back can give, blood pressure increases, nervousness and mood swings. But this is my case, I'm not teaching you at all, unfortunately, this is now a very common disease. Now I'm on a special diet.

I don't know, maybe it's necessary to contact specialists about bloating, and they will give advice on diet, many have lived their lives and did not know that they do not tolerate gluten, for example. In any case, there are a lot of pisins, everyone has different ways, but for the sake of health, you will refuse anything, in this I agree with you.

Wow Im so envious of Louie ! He’s such a good dog off leash and seeing horses and not barking or chasing! Was he just naturally a good dog or did you do a lot of training?
@StayFabulouswithNisha2 жыл бұрын
I have always trained my dogs basic obedience from when they were puppies and all my dogs were pretty good. Louis goes crazy when he sees horses, dogs, cats on the TV but in real life he doesn't care. I heard that when they see them on TV they think that these animals are in their house that's why they bark at them. Louis is not always good especially when he sees water or mud, he just runs for it lol

Hi Nisha. I Shop at Lidl I have to walk past the bread the smell so flipping hard, given up bread also, what I do is have my breakfast for lunch so I don't have as much trouble missing my sandwich lol,. I always love seeing Louis. In the US I was just quoted $300 to get my eye brows microbladed. Things seem more reasonably priced across the sea. My daughter is a tattoo artist and i'm trying to talk her into studying for it. Sending Love

Hi nisha , for 4 yrs now I’ve gone from Monday to Friday with no bread and treat myself at the weekend cos I adore any seeded bread 😋. I kind of live on an intermittent fasting routine where I just have two meals a day nothing else apart from tea or coffee from Monday to Friday it keeps my weight the same every week cos I basically eat what ever I want at the weekends. It works for me although Monday mornings I feel the bloat massively like today then by Tuesday it’s gone 🙂 oooh eyebrows 🙄 mine look different everyday 😂 I use a magnifying mirror couldn’t see a thing If not but yes Nisha it’s such a bind but I’d never dare have them micro bladed for the same reasons. I love your hair in this video the length is lovely on you and so happy you finally got Louis the right groomer! Oh my word I’m so glad your mums little angel perked up!! Bless her it just wasn’t her time yet 🙏 lovely vlog Nisha , have a great week🤗 xx

I had the side clip-in extensions in but I think I am going to have my hair cut shorter at the back like an angled bob, I don't know I change my mind every day, can't decide on anything 😂😘

@@StayFabulouswithNisha 😂😂😂 no nor can I so i stay the same 🤦♀️I’ve had the same hairstyle now for about 22 yrs it has just got longer 🙈😂 but I do think that would look lovely and I couldn’t tell for a minute you had those clips in that’s why I mentioned it ☺️ xx

Your brows have always been "brow goals" for me. I think yours always look beautiful. It is well worth 10 minutes of your time.

Also regarding micro blading good decision. My mom and aunt had it done and after a few mths they look greenish ( like those old tattoos ok prisoners lolz) and the color meshed together no individual hairs at all.

Hi Nisha..If you cannot do without bread try the gluten free bread and pasta. There are lots of good products out there. It's trial and error. Simply going gluten free did the trick for me in terms of the bloat! Best of luck!
