I would also like to add that one of the most important factor in health and long life is fasting. Fasting not only increases the life span but it helps the body to recreate cells inside the body. When combined with sleeping before 11 pm and getting up early, we create a healthy creative person.

@@misbahailia3345 With some little changes, we can. The science behind avoiding sugar and fried foods is that it does not increase insulin hormones inside the body. This in turn stops you from being too much hungry during fasting. And if you eat more protein like meat eggs cheese beans and chicken without too much masala and made in ghee it keeps you full all day long. Eat only complex carbs like barley and dates and some fruits etc, the food can remain very tasty and still be healthy. Just avoid sugary drinks sugary foods and items made of maida and rice and fried items.

Portion control me healthy eating ki jae. * exercise n walk ko daily basis pe 1hour kiya jae. * water intake 10 to 12 glasses ho (Try to drink warm water) * sleeping time 8 hours. * Think positive, speak positive n stay happy always.. aur khush tab he raha ja sakta hai jab har haal me Allah ka shukar har waqt kren gay ham.

The biggest advantage of this discussion is that experts from this field are expressing their opinion. Another thing that I enjoyed a lot is the polite conversation of these people. I remember the politician when they are talking in debates, in which ignorance stands at its peak. Alas, these politicians are running our system, they are our rulers.

We need to break the myths and set standards of unhealthy foods like bring simple roti instead of fancy food in lunch , keep fruits n nuts for outing instead of eating something at expensive restaurant ....
Mashallah a great iniative on such an important health issue which has been ignored for such a long time. Many children are not taking a proper healthy breakfast before going to school. I suggest small booklets be distributed at school level for awareness at early level.

Doctors throughout the world are not taught about diets not only in Pakistan but in the developed countries. I personally know about doctors in USA and UK that they cannot guide the patients about diet plans. One needs to consult registered dieticians. My own experience. I suffered from acute obesity for two decades. Always asked my doctor what to do. None of them had the answer. Then I went to a registered dietitian. And it really helped me.

بہت اچھا سیشن تھا لیکن ضرورت سے زیادہ طویل ہو گیا۔ دو یا دو سے زیادہ تین ڈائٹیشن ہوتے تو کافی تھا۔ باتوں کو دہرانے، غیر ضروری باتوں سے اجتناب کیا جائے توسیشن اور اچھے ہوں گے، یہ ایک اچھا انشیٹو ہے، اسے جاری رہنا چاہیے۔

Ab har cheez artificial hogaee hain mothers lazy hogaee hain pese sabk pas agai hain and easy cooking to prefer kartai hain islie process food can food take aways mamool bungia . It is my humble opinion that Muslims all over the world need to follow a diet that reduces the consumption of sugar and sweets. They should reduce consumption of white flour and rice. They should also reduce consumption of frying oils to the minimum. They should increase the consumption of beans and pulses and vegetables. And if they can afford they should increase the consumption of eggs, chicken and fish. This will reduce the incidence of obesity, diabetes and heart attacks and lead to longer healthier life
