It was horrible on Smith mountain lake last night it was 22 degrees with a wind chill in the teens gusts to 16 we managed to net some shad and caught some bluegills under the rocks along the shoreline we went marking found some channels and flatheads on the bottom sleeping we tossed out the shad bluegills and chicken breast soaked in strawberry jello the only bait that got hit on was the bluegill and chicken
