For a woman about 174 lbs how much protein should I eat in what foods should I eat and how much. Thank you

@@TerriYoung-n3n Hi Terri, many thanks for watching the video. This would vary depending on your goals. At a minimum, you should aim for 80g of protein daily, maybe more if you are trying to lose weight. I would aim to have a good protein source at each meal e.g. eggs or Greek yogurt at breakfast, chicken, beans, tofu or fish at lunch and dinner and then 1 protein-containing snack daily e.g., cottage cheese, hummus, greek yogurt, etc., if you do this you should be able to meet 80g of protein daily. One of, if not the most informative video regarding protein I've seen. Your amount of subscribers is a crime and I hope it picks up quickly! Thank you for a great video. PS. Would you say that Vital Wheat Gluten is a good substitute for Nutritional Yeast?

Thank you! That compliment has made my day 💚 My channel is still relatively new so hopefully the subscribers will grow over time if I stay consistent. Yes, vital wheat gluten could work well as a substitute here (nutrition-wise). I have never actually tasted it, though, so I will have to give it a try 😊
